This is an exercise demo for how to do a Kettlebell Upright Row. Tips: - Only raise your elbow up to about shoulder level or where it feels comfortable. Going to high can cause shoulder pain, especially with such a close grip. - Keep the bell close to your body to avoid pain as well.
