Aloha and thanks for stopping by. In today’s episode, we will begin to stabilize and strengthen our deepest center muscles in an effort to minimize hip issues. In this workout, we will continue our exercises of the Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) patterns of the hips and learn some great stretches for the hip muscles. Let’s get to it!
