Crispy Chilli Veg | क्रिस्पी चिली वेज | Chef Harpal Singh

Crispy Chilli Veg is a popular dish in many Asian cuisines. It typically consists of crispy battered and fried vegetables, such as bell peppers, carrots, onions, and sometimes broccoli or cauliflower, coated in a sweet and spicy chili sauce. We twisted it further and dusted the vegetables in place of coating with battar. So enjoy the recipe.
