Crispy Chilli Beef is one of those dishes that I always order when I’m not working, and its much easier to make at home than you’d think. This recipe for crispy beef is completely different for the recipe we’ve shown before, this is more of the easy versions takeout and takeaways will make, but it doesn’t make it any less tasty, just different, which is a good thing in our eyes. The only thing in this recipe I’d change would be adding pineapple, most places won’t add it, but I love the flavour of the pineapple chunks in this sauce. Oh and I forgot to mention this dish is also called Crispy Shredded Chilli Beef, so this is the same thing. This chilli sauce is also used for crispy chilli chicken, and you can make it on its own as a dipping sauce for French fries or chips, personally I love making BBQ spare ribs and then coating them in this sauce.
