This paratha is a prefect wholesome breakfast and a very healthy dish for kid’s and women. #paratha #recipe #jowarmasalavegetableparatha Ingredient Quantity White Millet Flour (Jowar atta) 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour 1 cup Carrots grated 1 no. Onion finely chopped 1 no. Ginger chopped 1 tsp Green Chillies chopped 2 no. Potatoes boiled and mashed 1 no. Grated Cauliflower ½ cup Turmeric powder ½ tsp Garam Masala powder 1 tsp Amchur powder ½ tsp Coriander powder 1 tsp Red chilli powder ½ tsp Salt to taste Coriander leaves chopped 2 tbsp Water as required Oil for cooking Method: 1. In a bowl add white millet flour, whole wheat flour, grated carrot, chopped onion, ginger, green chilli, potato, cauliflower, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, amchur powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder, salt and coriander chopped, mix well. 2. Add water, mix well and knead the soft dough. Let it rest for at least 6-8 min. 3. Apply little water in your palm, take a small portion or the dough and press to make a small disk. 4. Place it on the heated pan and press again, repeat the process for remaining dough. 5. Roast the roti for 30 seconds, flip it over and apply little oil on top and cook from the both side till brown in color on low flame. 6. Remove in a serving plate; cool it in room temperature than pack in Tiffin and serve with pickle and yogurt.
