Ingredients Quantity Soaked Ragi ½ cup Soaked bajra ½ cup Soaked & boiled Jowar 1 cup Salt as required Ghee 1 tbsp for garnish Bay leaf 1 no Cinnamon stick ½ no Ginger julienne ½ inch Green chillies 2-3 no Cumin seeds 1 tsp Chopped onion 1 no Chopped tomato 1 no Salt to taste Coriander powder 2 tsp Turmeric powder ½ tsp Red chilli powder 1 tsp Garam masala 1 tsp Chopped carrot 1 no French beans 5 no Green peas ¼ cup Water as required Chopped coriander ¼ cup garnish Method In 3 different bowls soak jowar , ragi and bajra over night In a pressure cooker add jowar with water , salt and boil it for 4 whistle , remove it in a separate bowl and keep it aside In a cooker add ghee , bay leaf , cinnamon stick , julienne ginger , slit green chillies , cumin seeds , chopped onion , chopped tomato , salt to taste ,and mix it well for 2 mins ,now add coriander powder , turmeric powder , red chilli powder , garam masala , carrot , beans , green peas , and mix it well ,now add ragi , jowar and bajra , water as required close the lid of the pressure cooker and let it cook on medium flame for 8 whistle Once it’s cooker properly add chopped coriander leaves and mix it well , finally remove it in a serving bowl add ghee from top and chopped coriander for garnish n serve hot .
