1/2 cup jowar atta/sorghum flour
1/2 cup water
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp garam masala
1 tsp coconut cold pressed oil/vegetable oil
1/2 cup chopped methi/fresh fenugreek leaves
4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1 green chilli, finely chopped
dry jowar flour for dusting as needed
cold pressed coconut oil/vegetable oil as needed
