Gyacinth-S in action Crews of 152-mm self-propelled guns 2S5 Gyacinth-S of the group of forces West while performing fire missions destroyed a mortar crew and camouflaged positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the Kupyansk direction in the zone of a special military operation. Artillery units of the West group of troops, around the clock, carry out precision strikes on exposed military targets, positions, fortifications, armored vehicles and manpower of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Kupyansk direction in the zone of a special military operation. In the Kupyansk direction, in the zone of a special military operation, crews of 152-mm 2S5 Gyatsint-S self-propelled guns, while performing fire missions, destroyed a mortar crew and camouflaged positions of an Ukrainian Armed Forces unit. Reconnaissance officers, using unmanned aerial vehicles, uncovered the enemy’s camouflaged positions and mortar crews and transmitted the exact coordinates to the control point. After which it was decided to launch an artillery strike on the transmitted coordinates of the targets. Objective monitoring footage received from the UAV in real time made it possible to verify the destruction of the identified targets.
