Try out this Ekadashi Special Aloo Jeera Sabzi which has a burst of fresh ingredients, mildly spiced and with tangy flavours of ingredients this sabzi can be served as chats or with paratha or khichdi. Servings - 4 Ingredients : 750 grams of boiled potato 2 tbsp ghee 1 tbsp oil 1 tbsp cumin seeds 1 tbsp fresh coarsely ground coriander seeds. 1 chopped green chilli ½ inch chopped ginger ½ tsp homemade turmeric powder (Recipe link: ) Some curry leaves 1 tsp sendha salt/ fasting salt to taste ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper powder 1 tsp freshly ground dry Red chillies. 2 tbsp coarsely ground pomegranate seeds 1 tbsp lemon juice.
