Ingredients:
1 Red bell pepper
1 Orange bell pepper
1 Yellow bell pepper
1 Green bell pepper
4-6 Eggs (depending on the size of peppers and desired filling)
Sesame oil or cooking oil
Soy sauce (optional, or substitute with honey or other preferred sauces)
Instructions:
Prepare the Bell Peppers:
Wash and cut the tops off the bell peppers.
Remove the seeds and membranes from inside the peppers.
Slice the peppers into rings or keep them whole, depending on your preference and the size of the eggs.

In a bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.

Fill the Peppers:
