45-min. Spicy Vinyasa Yoga Practice with Hip Mobility + Arm Balance Flying Pigeon Pose

Join me for a 45-minute vinyasa yoga class that incorporates hip mobility into the sequence. We play with the arm balance Flying Pigeon pose, and the option to transition to crow pose - connecting arm balances. This practice is still spicy in its own way, but slightly different than some of my previous uploads.
