I eat 3lb of red meat everyday. I consume around 1lb of meat for breakfast and lunch and around 2lb of meat for dinner. Red meat is the highest quality and most nutrient dense food you can eat and far healthier than all the low quality processed foods that most people eat. Since Iโve been eating large quantities of red meat, Iโve made noticeable improvements in my strength, performance in the gym, and ability to recover.
