Full Body Sculpting Pilates ✨14 Day Pilates Challenge ✨

About the 14 day New Year Pilates Challenge: If you’re looking for motivation to create your dream life and become your glowiest self, you’re in the perfect place. This is the year you make your vision board come to life, it’s time to get excited. This challenge is going to guide you through transformative Pilates workouts and mindset practices. During this challenge you will be energising your body with 14 new Pilates classes, taking time for daily intention setting and mindset practices, and nourishing your body with delicious, healthy recipes.
The workouts — The Pilates workouts in this challenge are results driven for both body and mind. They will help to boost your energy and leave you feeling strong, confident and connected to your body. You’ll find a mix of Align class styles including Mat Pilates, Strength Pilates, Cardio Pilates, Reformer Pilates and Power Pilates, as well as stretch and meditation in your weekly routine. All of the workouts can be done with just a Pilates mat, however if you’re advanced I recommend adding 1 lb ankle weights and 3 lb hand weights.
The nutrition – Each day you’ll notice there is a recipe for you to try. These recipes are going to help you nourish your body, fuel your workouts and glow from the inside out. The recipes are all anti-inflammatory and blood sugar balancing meals to help de-bloat and balance your hormones. You’ll be eating an abundance of whole foods; healthy fats, high fibre carbs, lean proteins, greens, vegetables and fruit. Healthy eating should always be delicious, I can’t wait for you to try these recipes.
The intentions – Each day of this program has a new intention to focus on. These intentions will help you to get clear on your goals and start living in alignment with the version of yourself you need to be in order to make your dreams a reality. These intentions are infused in your workouts, as well as daily rituals and mindset practices in this book. Take time for yourself each day to go through the mindset practices in your book, they are truly transformative.
About today’s class: Today we have a Power Pilates class that will help you to create fresh energy, feel connected to your body and get clear on how you are going to show up for yourself during this challenge. This class works the full body, creating strength, length and the pilates glow.
Today we are going to set our intentions and embrace this fresh start energy. It all starts with getting clear about what you want.
No matter what’s happened up until this point in your life, it is possible to make this year your best yet. What would happen if you decided to dream big and believe in yourself that little bit extra? You have everything it takes inside of you
Setting intentions is something I like to do at the start of each month to get excited and inspired. This is the process I follow. Grab a journal and go through the following steps.
REFLECT: first things first reflect on what’s going well and what’s not working. Sometimes you need to slow down and take a look at the bigger picture, to speed up with focus. Be really honest with yourself here.
GET CLEAR: once you’ve finished reflecting you can get clear on what you want to achieve. Allow yourself to dream big and set goals and intentions for different areas of your life career, relationships, health etc.
ALIGN YOUR ENERGY: how would achieving these things make you feel? Visualise these dreams coming to fruition and see yourself living this life.
FIND YOUR WHY: you need to get emotionally invested in your goals. It will force you to take action. It will keep you committed even on days you’re not motivated.
BREAK IT DOWN: Take each of the goals and break it down into actionable steps. Small steps taken towards your goals each day equals HUGE results. Consistency is everything. Also when you break down a goal into small steps it seems so much easier to wrap your head around achieving.
TAKE ACTION: then get started! Goal setting only works if you do. You can honestly achieve anything you put your minds to when we commit to and show up for yourself.
