Happy International Yoga Day! What better way to celebrate than by practicing some yoga? :) This is a 25-minute vinyasa sequence, incorporating variations on Sun Salutations A & B and a guided Savasana at the end.
Sun Salutations are a common and traditional way to begin a yoga practice. They help warm up the body, loosen you up and allow you to practice linking your movement with your breath. Sun Salutations can be used as a morning ritual, a way to wake up and feel energized and they can also be a practice in and of themselves.
