Barre Workout for Beginners & Seniors || Full Body with Dumbbells & Abs

Fun, gentle and easy to follow exercises for a full body Barre workout for Beginners & Seniors! Let’s lengthen and tone the entire body using a chair for our “barre” and a set of light hand weights. I’m using 3 pounds in this workout. We will start standing for a warm up, then move to the barre to work the thighs and glutes. You’ll increase your heart rate here a little too! Next we will use our dumbbells (or water bottles/soup cans) in a standing position to tone the arms and shoulders. Finally, we will move to a mat or rug on the floor for abdominals and stretching! Make sure you stay until the end for stretching. It’s so important to lengthen the muscles and reduce soreness! I’m obsessed with my new footwear from Barreletics!
