Potato Bread|Apron Bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup Sea salt 5g / 1tsp Potato puree 180g / 2/3cup - Lukewarm water 120ml - Caster sugar 3g / 1tsp Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp Olive oil 20ml / Bake at 210°C / 410°F for 17-20 minutes
