Marian Hassan, who filmed the footage, was travelling on the DLR train, boarding the train at Limehouse going towards Tower Gateway on Sunday November 24. Before the recording begins, Marian explained that the passenger was lying down completely flat on the seats to which the inspector requested that he remove his feet from the seat.
