STM Inspectors (Jan 14 2021) “Peltier“ ref Dec 1 2020

First night at soccer-complex, lights on at 6am, security guard offering STM tickets, I have a monthly pass. Outside something happens, a woman starts saying not allowed with handcart.. I think they have wrong info regarding a special bus. Maybe a setup. It turns out her name is Peltier, the ongoing MLepine theme. I tell them to wait, I want to film them. .. . I respond by saying something like.. and STM fabricate many fines to. I start filming, at one point a homeless person gets involved .. . After, off camera, bus 27 comes, I ask if I can get on. She says yes, go a head. Thanks.
