Legs looking thicker youknooo 👀 or is that just me Todays session included performance training and lifting some big weights. Now that sounds juicy DW what we saying team 👀👇 Workout: ✅ Drills 20-30’mins ✅ Trap Bar Dead’s: 6-8 reps progressive with each set 4 sets ✅ Chest Press: 6-8 reps 4 sets ✅ Single arm ball throws: 6-8 each arm 4 sets ✅ Bent Over Rows: 18 reps 4 sets ✅ finished with core work Outfit new @oneractive not yet released will be soon 🔥
