45 min CHALLENGING FULL BODY WORKOUT - with Weights - METCON

Today we’re diving into a 45 min challenging full body workout with weights, packed with energy and power!
We’ll work through supersets, each performed for 3 rounds to push your limits and challenge your endurance. You’ll need just one dumbbell, so aim for a medium weight that keeps you working hard without overdoing it. And to wrap it all up, we’ll cool down with some mobility moves to keep your body feeling good and relaxed.

This challenging full body workout follows METCON style. We will have supersets, and each superset repeated 3 times. Pay attention and pace yourself, because we only rest for 15 sec within supersets. Longer rest periods are given between supersets. We are using medium heavy weights but feel free to grab lighter dumbbells for the snatches and overhead presses. Focus on quality over quantity. You can also adjust your weights during the workout, start lighter, and go heavier after you have practiced the movements. Are you ready? Let`s get started 🥵👏

▸ Workout 45 sec on, 15 sec off between exercises within supersets, 25 sec rest between main sets
