Bodyweight Leg Matrix 2.0 Challenge

This has been on of the lower body finishers we have used for a while after learning it from Alwyn Cosgrove almost a decade and a half ago. It’s challenging no matter who you are and can be progressed (reps, adding weight vest, adding sets, adding time to squat hold, doing it faster/cutting down rest time), initially with the goal of cutting down the time to do it. Kelsey and I go after it for a round so you can see us pushing the tempo and how long it takes us to do it. You’ll record how long it takes you to do it, rest for that same amount of time, and then repeat it again! Let us know how you did after trying to challenge.
