This workout starts with a Warm Up & Mobility Round, 5 Workout Rounds: 4 with Combo’s and 1 with Extra Core Exercises. The workout finishes with a Cool Down. Duration of the video: 55 minutes. Pace of the workout and transition times are perfect for the Intermediate/Advanced Level.
