A good total body strength circuit should be well balanced! That means not overusing any one joint or muscle group, if there’s a push (like a press) there’s a pull (like a row) including single leg (i.e. lunges) as well as double leg bends (i.e. squats) and a plank, rotation or ideally both! Always look for these design elements when doing a TOTAL BODY WORKOUT!
For this workout you’ll need a stability ball, a set of gliders and heavyish dumbbells. Mine are 20 lbs each. Ouch! Have fun and get sweaty!
