*Ingredients
Tortilla
5ml (1 tsp) Tomato sauce
Mozzarella cheese
Fillings :
10 pcs Shrimp
4 pcs Egg
(1/4 tsp) Salt
Black pepper
10g (1 tbsp) Chopped parsley
Improtant tips:
1. The shrimp can be substituted with bacon, chicken or ham, or can be omitted
2. Fry the shrimp and eggs until they are clumped together, don’t fry them for too long
3. Fry on medium-low heat for about 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown on both sides
