Hashbrown Avocado Toast
- Trader Joe’s Hashbrowns (air fry at 400F for 12 minutes)
- Avocado
- Everything But The Bagel Seasoning
- Dill
- Lemon Juice
Sheet Pan Pesto Gnocchi
- 1 bag Trader Joe’s Cauliflower Gnocchi
- 1/4 to 1/3 cup Vegan Kale Cashew & Basil Pesto (or check out our recipe here)
- 18-20 cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 medium onion, cut into medium sized chunks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Roast at 425F for 25-30 minutes, stirring halfway through. Broil for 2-3 minutes at the end if desired.
Jalapeño Lime Lemonade Mocktail
- Sliced Jalapeños
- Lime Juice
- Lemonade
- Sparkling Lime Water
- Chili Lime Seasoning (or Tajin)
