This traditional Cambodian curry is popular among locals and tourists. My version of this dish is made with fish and garnished with thinly sliced kaffir lime leaf and a red bell pepper aspic. A variation of this dish was served to Andrew Zimmern (Bizarre Foods) on his visit to Long Beach, CA.
