L/S’s numerous race horses belonging to the King being taken for a walk in the paddock. The horses include the ’Abbot’, ’Limelight’ and ’Foxer’. L/S’s of the riders galloping the horse on Newmarket heath. M/S of Jarvis on horseback with his daughter, also on horseback. L/S’s of the horses being led back into the stables. C/U of the fat capped Mr Jolloms ’the Head Lad’. L/S’s of stable lads carrying bags of food to the stables. Good L/S of the blacksmith hammering a horseshoe on the hoof of a horse. L/S and M/S’s of two trees planted in Mr Jarvis’s gardens by a visit from the King and Queen (Mary).
