Harvesting garlic, salting sauerkraut - Thu Hien Farm
Hello friends.
My family has planted a few beds of garlic bulbs. Now the garlic bulbs are old and the plants are withered, so I have to collect the garlic bulbs to dry them to preserve and eat later. I harvest garlic, bundle it into small pieces, then hang it on a drying rack. Garlic ingredients for your family’s dishes are indispensable, this is the best way to preserve them.
After that, I went down to the garden to get kohlrabi and strawberries to pickle and eat. Pickled vegetables into jars to eat gradually.
I went to cook for the whole family with stir-fried pork with kohlrabi, tomatoes, and pickled vegetables.
A delicious meal with simple dishes.
