femoral nerve block - with nerve

The femoral nerve is demonstrated using a novel and more reliable land marks, based upon bony reference points and measures of finger breadths. Finally the nerve block needle is guided by using a nerve stimulator guidance. This is more reliable than other landmark based based techniques depending upon upon the variable position of the groin crease and the unreliable palpation of the femoral artery.
