55y/o male, r’t tibia fx s/p ORIF, for removal of implants (interlocking nail). He received femoral nerve block and sciatic nerve block for operation. PSIS(post. sup. iliac spine) 與 greater trochanter 連線的中點，向尾側 處下針。 21# 9cm spinal needle. Hamstrin contraction and dorsiflexion were noted. 2% Lidocaine 15ml 0.5% Marcaine 5ml were slowly injected.
