Tesla Recalling 2 Million Vehicles Over “Autopilot” Failures

Tesla is reportedly recalling 2 million vehicles after government regulators expressed concern with the car manufacturer’s “autopilot” feature — specifically the three dozen or so accidents that reportedly occurred when drivers gave over full control of the vehicles.
