4K CABVIEW Požarevac - Zaječar -- Winter in the mountainous region of East Serbia

Eastern Serbia is one, a bit forgotten and isolated part of Serbia. Some parts of eastern Serbia are characterized by very sparsely populated parts of mountain ranges and relatively poor infrastructural connections. Railway line Požarevac - Majdanpek - Bor - Zaječar slips through these parts and connects several larger places and cities, and primarily the areas of two large mines. These are copper and gold mines near Majdanpek and Bor. The mines in Majdanpek no longer use railway services. On the other hand, the mines and industries in Bor are very large and important users of railway services. This large copper mine is used to transport raw materials and sulfuric acid by rail.
