If this is your first time trying Ashtanga maybe check out my 4 day introduction series: Practice along with me as I guide you through the opening sequence of the Ashtanga Yoga Practice through the first six standing poses. Learning the Ashtanga practice while balancing a career, family, and life can be difficult but it doesn’t have to be. Sometimes we only have 20 minutes to fit practice into our daily schedule. It’s better to do a little often, than to do a full practice once. This is your reminder to get on the mat.
