Captured AFU serviceman Ivan Kitsai speaks about negligence of his command Right after mobilisation, the POW was sent to Kharkov. There were no practise at the training ground or any other type of training. As his commanders said, the mobilised men were supported to be deployed at positions and then rotated. The so-called positions turned out to be trees in a forest belt. The servicemen were sent there without water, food, and even shovel to dig positions. When suddenly Kitsai was found by Russian servicemen, he surrendered without any doubts. The POW was given water, food, and a cigarette. Russian Defence Ministry Source: MoD Russia
