Learn how to perform the feet-elevated overhead bridge. This drill is easier to get into than the classic floor bridge.
It will:
- Stretch the entire front-side of your body (anterior chain)
- Activate the entire back-side of your body (posterior chain)
- Improve posture and overhead positioning
- Provide some entry-level inversion training to bridge the gap between handstands
This move is great to pair with classic bodyweight exercises like squats and hanging leg raises.
