In this video, I describe the structure of muscle spindle, in which I discuss regarding nuclear bag fibers and nuclear chain fibers and their innervation. Then I describe the stretch reflex, and two types of stretch reflexes - the dynamic and static. At last I describe the role of Gamma motor neurons and the concept behind the alpha - gamma co - activation.
