Barge hits Texas bridge and causes oil spill

A barge has hit a bridge in Galveston, Texas, causing an oil spill. One of the two workers on board at the time fell into the water but was immediately rescued. The accident reportedly happened after a tugboat operator pushing two barges lost control of them.
