Narrow Grip Pushups / Отжимания от пола узким хватом

Исходное положение как в отжиманиях от пола, постановка рук - узкая. Выполняем отжимание. Если сложно работаем в половину амплитуды. Локти направлены в низ. Работает трицепс, локти полностью не выпрямляем.
The starting position is as in push-ups from the floor, the arms are narrow. We do push-ups. If it’s difficult to work at half amplitude. The elbows are directed to the bottom. Triceps works, elbows are not fully straightened.
