NYPD Gang Stalking Swatting

4/3/2018 11:35pm @ E149 st and 3rd AV in the Bronx Gang Stalking criminal activity It is hard to prove Gang Stalking because the police don’t stop in front of me they just pass by and stop a block or two away. I have seen this police surveillance every day for 16 years now.
