Driver High on Weed Hits NYPD Cop (Raw Footage)

I told the cop I wanted to go straight, and he wouldn’t move, so I hit him. I did it on purpose, and hopefully he doesn’t want to be a cop anymore“ Caught on video, Dula drove her vehicle the wrong way on Park Avenue, hitting the officer head-on. The officer suffered a broken leg, and Dula, charged with various offenses, admitted to driving under the influence of marijuana. Despite police criticism for not facing a more serious charge, Dula’s prior arrest history includes criminal mischief and assaults. Her lawyer mentioned bipolar disorder, and she runs a mentoring program for kids to get them off the street to stay away from drugs and gangs.
