Our delectable Japanese-Style Vegan Unagi will delight both picky and so-fish-ticated palates. 😜 Hope you enjoy! Vegan Fish Ingredients: 100g hearts of palm, drained & rinsed 12g | 1 Tbsp rice flour 8g | 1 Tbsp cornstarch ⅛ tsp kosher salt, or to taste ⅛ tsp onion powder, or to taste ⅛ tsp garlic powder, or to taste freshly cracked black pepper Nori sheet Unagi Sauce: ½ Tbsp sake 2 Tbsp mirin 2 Tbsp soy sauce 1/2 - 1 Tbsp sugar, adjust accordingly Garnish: green onions and toasted sesame seeds Tip: If you want the “fish” to stay crispier, cook the sauce
