Seoul remembers victims of last years Halloween crowd crush

Seoul citizens are commemorating the 159 people, mostly young adults, who died in last year’s Halloween crowd crush. Additional police and emergency forces are mobilized to ensure order and prevent any crime in the city’s nightlife areas.
