I tried BTS jungkook’s workout routine for 3 days and could not believe the results. Jungkook from BTS is known for being quite active, and Jungkook’s workout routine was quick and effective. This is Jungkook’s real workout routine from RUN BTS Episode 70 and I even included his warmup routine. I also ate jungkook’s favorite food and followed the infamous BTS diet.
