FROG POSE routine // ENGLISH

Today we will work on the frog pose/ the frog stretch. this pose is a great way to improve our hip mobility and prepare poses like the middle split and the pancake! - The frog pose/ frog stretch is a yoga pose/ yoga stretch that that stretches both your hips and your groin. - Always remember: Stretching is all about patience! Do not push yourself to hard, we should treat our bodies kindly! Just stick to the exercises and bit by bit you will realize, that your flexibility will get better! It is also important to warm up properly even if we “just“ stretch. Not just to prevent injuries, but also to be able to get deeper into those stretches! Have fun!
