Yoga stretches and stretches in general are a great way to improve you flexibility, mobility, well-being, etc.! Join me on my flexibility journey, let’s work on some balance poses, some contortion poses and release all that tension, that we built up throughout the week!
We might use props, like a chair, bands, dumbbells, gliders, ankle weights, a magic circle, an aerobic stepper, a Pilates ball, a big exercise ball, my power tower, yoga blocks… but if you do not have any of that, don’t worry; I’ll always give alternatives. Same goes for high impact or very advanced exercises. I will always strive to give you different versions to chose from, so you can adjust the workout to your needs, as we are all different and therefore have different needs!
