Stretching Exercises for Pole Contortion

This is the continuation of my 100 day contortion challenge. Everyday I challenge myself, push myself farther than ever before. The one thing I learned to be most important is the warmup and stretching routine you do before pole tricks. This is the key to some of those advanced contortion pole tricks, warmup, dynamic stretch, static stretch, pole stretch, more dynamic and static stretching, more pole tricks and a cool down. Then don’t forget to stretch and open up all throughout the day so by next practice
