Kevin Vuong is co-founder of the Public Accessory Commission, a place-making social enterprise that has transformed procurement and infrastructure projects into workforce development opportunities. A former banker and military officer, Kevin is now one of Ashoka’s 100 Emerging Innovator, one of Corporate Knight’s Top 30 Under 30, and a 2015-16 CivicAction DiverseCity Fellow. He was appointed the public fellow for the 2016 Spur Festival.
