Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022. P.1

In 3 methodical videos, fragments of training and testing of participants of the Interregional Bushido Mon Autumn Camp 2022 (IFK, Russia) with Shihan Victor Fomin are presented. More than 50 representatives of Moscow and the Moscow region, Volgograd, Rostov and Penza regions, the Republics of Mordovia and Karachay-Cherkessia took part in the Camp. Part 1 presents the methods of group energy mobilization and unity. Special attention is paid to the whip type strikes correlating with the wave principles of flexible weapons, as well as 2 types of direct punches in traditional renraku, where a connection is found with the techniques of fencing with bladed weapons.
