BUSHIDO MON SPRING CAMP 2023. P.2

The video presents selected episodes and fragments of “Bushido Mon“ Spring Сamp 2023 with Shihan Victor Fomin, held in the Moscow region. They are devoted to the fundamentals of Kyokushin Budo karate, especially the control of the correct body structure, centers of power, balance and energy. In the 2nd part, the technical base of Kyokushin karate (kihon, kata and renraku) is considered in the aspect of active energy-intensive meditation. The development of Hanshi Steve Arneil’s method is demonstrated – the techniques of semantic voicing of the rhythmics of technical actions in karate as an effective program for the energy mobilization of a fighter. In conclusion, a restorative static-dynamic meditation, conventionally called “Reed in the wind“, is demonstrated. Its basis is the control of the lower center of power to achieve psychophysical balance.
