A great follow along R&R (Rest & Recovery) video for those days when you’re tired, sore or simply can’t “kill“ another of those crazy hard HIIT workouts. We’re working on CORE, doing some stretches and smoothing it out on the foam roller. It’s a long one, almost 40 minutes so technically not a short-circuit! But it’s a great all-in-one type rehab or pre-hab circuit which I think all of us will find helpful at some point.
